From the earliest inspiration and supplier proposals through to final execution, her meticulous approach ensures creative ambition and commercial clarity remain perfectly aligned.
Adrian
Adrian leads the strategic logistics, infrastructure and technical side of event execution, translating creative concepts into precise, workable plans on-site.
He oversees detailed timelines, vendor and subcontractor coordination, production logistics and team structure, ensuring each moving part works together seamlessly.
His ability to anticipate logistical challenges before they arise, combined with a calm and structured approach on event day, provides clients, suppliers and the wider Everbloom team with complete confidence throughout delivery.
Anna
Anna leads event sales and marketing at Everbloom, helping turn initial conversations into thoughtful, well-matched event experiences.
Working closely with clients, venues and partners, she helps understand each enquiry from the outset — the occasion, priorities, expectations and atmosphere the client wants to create.
Alongside client relationships, Anna supports Everbloom's marketing and partnership activity, building connections with exceptional venues, hospitality partners and businesses while ensuring every interaction reflects the considered service associated with Everbloom.
