The best December dates disappear early.
For larger London Christmas parties, early planning gives you significantly more choice in venues, dates and suppliers.
Prime Thursdays and Fridays in late November and December are usually the most competitive. Starting early also gives more time to compare venue models properly — including hire fees, minimum spends, packages, production requirements and any mandatory supplier costs.
If you are planning later in the year, that does not automatically mean it is too late. We can explore alternative dates, private dining spaces, rooftops, restaurants, hotels and less conventional venues depending on your guest count and priorities.

Can you source the venue for us?
Yes. We can manage venue search from the beginning, including shortlisting, availability checks, site visits, package comparisons and commercial discussions. We can also work with a venue you have already booked.
Do you only organise large corporate Christmas parties?
No. We can plan intimate leadership dinners, department celebrations and private dining events as well as larger company-wide parties.
Can you work with our internal events or marketing team?
Yes. We can act as the lead planner or take ownership of selected workstreams such as venue finding, styling, entertainment, production or live-event delivery.
Can you manage dietary requirements and accessibility?
Yes. These requirements are built into guest and catering planning so the venue and suppliers have the information they need before the event.
Can the event include awards or company presentations?
Yes. We can integrate speeches, awards, presentations and branded content into the running order and coordinate staging, screens, microphones and other technical production.
Do you organise Christmas parties outside London?
Yes. Everbloom plans corporate events across the UK and can also support destination celebrations where travel or accommodation forms part of the event.
